How many staff do you start with?

When you're starting out a new forum, depending on the size of your project, it may require having a team that's going to help you run it. But if it's a small community especially when you're not sure of getting too much activities, starting it alone might work.

When you started your community, how many staff did you bring on board?

I usually start with just myself and build from there. Mostly because I live promoting from within, meaning if I person is active and posting I would offer a position to them.

When I start a new forum, I tend to start out with just myself and take it from there. I have been able to run a forum without needing staff members for some months as there wasn't too much work to do and everything was quite slow.

I will only take staff on if the workload gets too much for me.
