Hosting a node.js app/website

Hello everyone,

I am new to the site and am looking for a hosting provider who allows node.js apps/websites. I found a host that allows it and at a great price, but their support is awful. I've been waiting over 35 hours for an answer in my support ticket. Any relatively cheaper hosts who allow node.js and has semi decent support? Don't need instant response, but 35+ hours is unacceptable.

Thanks in advance!

Have you checked out DigitalOcean or Linode? They are technically VPS providers, but you could install a panel like Laravel Forge to make it easier to configure stuff. Also, I've heard good things about Fly.io hosting.

I haven't but will take a look into those.

The issue with everything is, I am new to this type of techstack and need some really user friendly host, if possible.

Can you give me an idea of what you are running? Some regular shared hosting providers do support Node.js through cPanel. Off the top of my head, Spaceship.com is one that does.
