Which software do you think offers the most for your needs?

It depends on what you want but generally when it comes to forum software, XenForo is the lead elite that gives you everything and the best deal for your money paid.

I prefer IPB, it used to be Xenforo but it's a dead project.

Hoping their 3.x is a good version but there's not much talk about it. But since 2018 they've been on version 2.x and they keep adding features which imo could break something like 2.4.x

2.4 is mostly based on the new editor. 3.0 would be a new theme.

I would say that Xenforo is the software that offers the most for my needs. I love how much you get access to straight out of the box with Xenforo without the need to install addons if you don't wish to.
