Discounts - all the time or from time to time?

I'm interested, do you offer a discount for your hosting services all the time or you do it from time to time? Have you experimented with this? What works better?

How does discount all the time count as discount ? Won't it be offered price ?

I offer them for a few weeks, let them expire for a while. Might bring them back in a few months again. Depends on how well the sales are from it.

I think the sales is what is going to be the reason, if they are good then I won't use them. If sales slip for for awhile I will bring them back.
