Debit card or Credit card?

When it comes to making use of bank cards, it's either between having a credit or a debit card. Personally, I have never been so much interested in using credit card which is why I'm very comfortable with my debit card.

What's your preference between getting a debit or credit card?

I like both however I recommend Debit as it's safer but credit is good for borrowing or protection like holidays.

I’ve always been team credit card, mostly for the consumer protection and the rewards. As long as you’re disciplined enough to pay the full balance every month, you’re essentially getting a small discount on everything you buy through cashback or points. Plus, it’s a lifesaver for building a solid credit score.

Debit is great for staying strictly within your means, but I prefer having that extra layer of security between my main bank account and the outside world!

Both, for different jobs. Debit for day-to-day — no debt risk, but disputes lock your own money while they're resolved. Credit for anything online or big: stronger fraud protection, and it's the bank's money in play during a dispute. Treat the credit card like a debit card though — pay the full balance monthly and it's strictly better protection at zero cost.
