I have noticed with the price of everything going up everywhere, do you think the price of some software is getting expensive?

Everything is going up.

The cost of eggs and milk keeps rising regardless of animal-borne viruses, yet eggs and milk has been the same since it was innovated. They've not made any changes to warrant a price increase.

The same goes with software. If they raise the price but don't add any new features, they're doing nothing different than anyone else.

It's just a trend now, a rather unethical trend, to raise the prices.

Yes, inflation is a killer, even Netflix is going up and they just recently had a price increase. I can see it going up to $50 a month soon.

Netflix will price themselves out of the market. People will only pay price increases to a certain extent.

WHMCS / cPanel increase their prices every year, however ClientExec, DirectAdmin and Blesta haven't raised their prices yet.

The price of XenForo is way up and Wolt Lab, the cheapest major brand, is probably what XenForo used to be. But myself, I see that the prices don't affect me in a sense because free software (like phpBB or SMF) is often good enough.
