Ultra Budget VPS for Learning is needed

Hi, I’m just getting started with Linux and server management and need a very cheap VPS to practice on.
Requirements are minimal: 1GB RAM, basic CPU, and small SSD. Budget is around $5/month. Location doesn’t matter.
Just looking for something stable where I can experiment and learn. Is Rightservers.com VPS hosting reliable? Any comments on them please?

I'll transfer some of my other web sites as well to Rightservers.com decent web host. The prices have gone up for the vps hosting accounts, but I think there is a point where you have to accept that to a large extent, you get what you pay for. It is still very reasonable in my opinion, the stability is excellent, and the support is priceless.
