Bootstrap

I was thinking about making a webpage in bootstrap to get used to it, any have any tuts available?

Bootstrap is just a framwork. You can use index.html and use normal HTML elements + Bootstrap components (listed at getbootstrap.com) just like any other html file.

I must say I do like bootstrap we use it most of the time!

Most sites use it know, this is why I wanted to learn about it.

Yeah we use it for BillingServ for the backend and frontend!

Bootstrap is a great framework and using it is much easier than trying to create your own. Takes a lot of the hassle out of developing a website. It has some nice, easy to use features to it as well.
